How to Make Dosa
Add one cup of Nilavilakku Dosa podi into two cups of water in little by little. Stir well. Keep this 10/12 hours.
Add salt ( to taste) and prepare delicious Dosas.
( Adding a paste of 1/2 glass boiled rice to this mixture shall make Dosa more soft).

How to Make Puttu Wet Nilavilakku puttu pody with sufficent salt and water and keep for 5 minutes. Prepare the puttu by adding
required quantity of coconut scrapings

How to Make Idili
Add one cup of Nilavilakku Idilli podi into 1 1/2 cups of water in little by little. Stir nicely still the whole powder
becomes a thick paste. Keep this 10/12 hours.
Add salt ( to taste) and prepare delicious Idillies. ( If a paste of 1/2 glass boiled rice to this mixture
Idilli shall become more soft.).
